Andersen has just announced the hiring of Marlene Nogueira strengthen the corporate/m&a area and coordinate the data protection department in the Porto office.
The new Andersen Portugal counsel leaves Cuatrecasas, where she spent 16 years and was a member of the Commercial and Corporate Law and Intellectual Property, Media and Information Technology departments.
With more than 20 years of experience in legal advice to national and international companies, Marlene Nogueira has a post-graduate degree in company law and advanced training in data protection, which has allowed her to develop specific skills in the transactional field, with participation in numerous mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions, in sectors as diverse as tourism, automotive, construction, real estate, health and pharmaceuticals, publishing , industry, IT, technology and renewable energies, having also carried out several projects for the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation , in public and private entities.
